Why not just show up at the site? You can imagine how helpful it is, for the designated project manager of a work day, to have some idea of how many volunteers will show. Arranging for tools, drinking water, refreshments, and coordinating an exact meeting location are all part of organizing a LBOLA work day. Help him/her out by letting us know that you’re making plans to attend. In addition, knowing who is coming will help us to communicate any changes (due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances) back to you.
